13.3 If We do not accept your order for any reason, no payment will be taken. Any sums paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

13.4 Payment for the Services shall be taken via your chosen payment method. Any setup fees will be charged immediately, with ongoing charges accruing and billed on the same day of each subsequent month (“billing cycle”) unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation.
